IC components their characterization and design. Analysis and design of basic logic circuits. Linear ICs. Large Scale Integration. Computer simulation of IC sand layout design. High Voltage ICs. GaAs MESFET and GaAs ICs. Failure, reliability and yield of ICs. Fault modeling and testing.
