• Mentored significant number of students, startups, incubators & institutions, raised funds, undertook and launched various projects and facilities enumerated below in the last 15 years
• Designed, Developed & Launched a state of the art online training platform with generous funding from MeiTY from scratch for capacity building of faculty and students in bridging the gap between academic learning and industry practice click here for exploring the platform.
• Deployed 90 courses and catered to more than 10000 faculty & 100000 Students in one year and growing...
• Built and Managed 11 Incubators, 1 S&T Park, 5 State of the art prototype and tinkering laboratory facilities and Other Experimental Facilities between 2009-2017.
• Raised around Rs.150 Crores /$21.5 Million through sponsored projects over the last 10 years to establish, launch and expand a Greenfield Innovation Ecosystem from 9000 Sq.ft foot print to 400000 Sq.ft comprising of 11 Incubators and 5 State of the art prototype and laboratory facilities, currently housing 70 Startup's
• Raised around Rs. 90 Crores/$ 13 Million ($4.3 Million Per year), Donations & CSR Funding between 2016-19 as Dean Resources and Alumni up from $ 0.5 Million per year.
• Mentored and Graduated more than 100 Startups in the last 10 years
• Headed and Managed IP Protection, Management and Commercialization produced by IITK.
• 400 patents filed and $400000 revenue generated through commercialization. Successfully completed Exit's in more than 5 Startups with a valuation of more than 400 Crores ($70 Million)
• Reviewed & Evaluated more than 15 Doctoral and Masters Dissertations
• Awards: recipient of various awards and recognition's ranging from national merit award, dissertation awards to best paper & more than 15 Senate commendations for teaching excellence awards etc
• Delivered more than 150 invited talks as a keynote/panelist in various fora across the world

• 15 years (More than 3000 Hrs) of teaching engagement in Finance, Innovation and Entrepreneurship across various management schools both within India & Abroad

• Research Output: More than 28 Research and Policy publications in the last 10 years averaging 2.5+ publications per year in Finance, Innovation and Entrepreneurship in A*, A & B category journals, like Journal of Banking & Finance (JBF), Computational Economics, Resources Policy, Journal of Academy of Business and Economics, International Journal of Entrepreneurial Behavior and Research (IJEBR), Asian Development Bank (ADB), UNESCAP etc. and around 40 Conference Presentations
• Administrative Engagement: 14 years of full time engagement in academic administration varying from Coordinator, Head, Associate Dean and Dean within IITK.
• Industry Engagement: around 12 years of full time engagement in Industry (before and during PhD) as consultant, independent contractor, junior and senior managerial positions with three years also as CEO
