Featured Facilities

The incubation center provides fully furnished air-conditioned spaces for the incubatees. There are three room sizes available: 500 sq. ft., 325 sq. ft., and 250 sq. ft. Additionally, the center also offers seminar/conference halls. Upon admission to SIIC, the incubated companies will be provided with the following facilities on an individual basis:

• Office space.
• Computers - Up to two on rental basis. More than two can be availed at market rates
• Printer
• Internet connection
• Phone connection - Each company will pay the rentals and bills
• Standard Furniture as decided by SIIC

The Tinkering Laboratory serves as a platform where imaginative individuals transition from their contemplative "Think Space" to a practical "Tinker Space." Here, they can bring their ideas to life, transforming them into real-time engineering objects, and ultimately into marketable products and patents. The laboratory is open to incubators nationwide, as well as students and startup entrepreneurs, providing them with the opportunity to test, validate, and prototype their concepts into novel products and services, particularly in the realm of advanced technology.

Depending on room availability, SIIC provides residential accommodation in the RA hostel for the Director/Promoter of the incubatee company.
